Jack Block Park, branching off the Alki Trail, is the only place I know where you can ride your trike up a tower.
This overview shows the switchbacks to get you high enough for the tower ramp.
Doreen sits on the Alki trail at the entrance to Jack Block Park.  Despite its unique archway, many people who drive by every day are unaware of this little known gem.
