Draft In Washington State, March 14, 2025
This is a first draft Declaration for secession of the Blue States of the now Fascist United states of America.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary to separate some economically and ethically successful geographic areas from a federal government which has adopted practices of unmitigated corruption and suicidal self-destruction, a decent respect to the opinions of those affected requires leadership should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident., that all people must be treated equally, that a robust political system requires legal constructs that provide for certain inalienable Rights, that among the3se are the right to Life, Liberty, the pursuit of Happiness, and generally the preservation of what have been established as their Human Rights, and protection of the environmental ecosystems over which their lives preside, and which they require for these goals, and the long term healthy survival of their progeny. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among the denizens, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter, abolish, or separate themselves from it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundatoin on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect the aforementioned goals. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and acocrdingly all experience has shown, that humanity are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long and/or extreme sequence of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future well being. Such has been the patient suffernce of these Blue States from the moribund and now Fascist states presided over by the dictatorship of Washington D.C., and such is now the necessity which constrains them to re-align from this government, creating something new out of the best of what once was, along with well discussed and negotiated improvements, and instituting a new healthy, transparent, and honest system of representation that can achieve the ends that all good citizens will want. The history of the present Dictator of the former U.S.A. is a history of repeated inuries and ursurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has incessently tried to win arguments and make policy based on lies, and he has shown himself completely untethered from substantive evidence or even fundamental ethics in his efforts and his public actions.
He cultivates a constituency that he has helped make unable to see much of the evidence that illustrates his own mendacity and depravity, putting the country in peril of policy that is completely based on fantasy, inaccurate allegations and assertions, and alleged facts which are on fact fictional, often obviously and notoriously so.
He has destroyed previous working aspects of the Federal government under the excuse of "efficiency" when in fact the may obvious aim was to forestall rightful prosecutions against his own cronies and supporters, and to destroy functional bureaucratic entitites so that the functions and their resources can be stolen by his cronies.
He has assigned government positions to people not for merit, but for alliance with his corruptions, and he has consistently broken the laws against corruption.
He continues to engage changes to government which are not in his purvey, but are that of the Congress.
He has helped support legislation that will empower Presidents to coerce representatives to vote as the President dictates, which would effectively eliminate the Congressional "Power of the Purse" clearly breaking the intents of Constitutional Law.
He represents a corrupt oligarchy of financial feudalists who will devour what is left of the U.S. like a black bear eats its young when it cannot find food.
He has long been in denial of much of the most fundamental and vital science, and now is working destructively to eliminate maintenance of scientific knowledge.
On top of everything else, we the Blue States have long paid much more into the public treasury than we collected back. As such, the accounting being clear, as the accounting of this corrupt "RED" President Craziness is not only beyong the pale, but historically and presently financially parasitic to all the Blue States, we can honestly declare we owe NOTHING to this evil and dishonest fascist government, and now propose to separate ourselves from it both for the sake of our personal interest, and in support of general ethics.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the new Blue States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these regions, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
