I’ve resolve the issues with systemd configuration on centos7.eskimo.com.  It and the DNS server at 204.122.16.9 (ns2.eskimo.com) are both online.  The system has been imaged so if there is a need for it to be restored, it will be restored with the proper fixes in place.
