Fake Messages from Support (Virus)

If you get a message with:

Subject: Message could not be delivered

And then a body that reads:

Dear user of,

We have received reports that your e-mail account was used to send a large
amount of spam during the last week.
We suspect that your computer had been compromised and now runs a trojaned
proxy server.

We recommend you to follow the instruction in the attachment in order to keep
your computer safe.

Have a nice day, support team.

Do not open the attachment. It is a virus.

Support will never send you an attachment without prior notification.

If you run Windows, please be sure you keep up to date with any Windows
updates, and run a good virus checker. Personally, I use Avast but there are
many other good checkers. These should be set to update their virus database
at least weekly, preferably daily, and scan daily.

If you use any peer-to-peer software or Windows file sharing, be certain
that you don't accidentally export or share more than what you had intended.
