In this evening presentation we will focus on the cultivation of our inner wisdom and "eldership" using the transformational methods of Process Work. The presentation will demonstrate how both our aspirations and difficulties, when unfolded with curiosity and openness, can offer us a greater depth of understanding, insight and wisdom. We will explore how this "dreaming" of our own elder is present in personal challenges, body symptoms, relationship and world tensions. This lecture will have an experiential component.

Personal change has the potential to be a great transformer of our lives. Change, which can be very disturbing and often uninvited, has the possibility of leading us into new worlds of experience and transformation. How we traverse this journey is a challenge for us all, but the potential is the unfolding of a deeper richness and wisdom. Societal challenges when worked with skillfully provide us with this same richness and depth of spirit. In this workshop we will explore the Process Work model of group and world-work. We will explore how personal and societal challenges provide us with powerful insights, learning and transformation through the exploration and understanding of marginalization, rank and power.
