My present job has two aspects:

Lessons Learned Coordinator for the Hanford Site: I screen information
from multiple sources of operating experience for applicability to facilities
at Hanford. That which applies is compiled into a formatted Lessons Learned
bulletin and forwarded to other applicable facilities across Hanford and
the DOE complex.

Reengineering the company business processes in conjunction with implementing
an Enterprise Resource Planning System (a megadatabase with shared common
data and separate modules for work control, financial, safety & compliance,
human resources, and customer information). Reengineering is making radical
changes to improve business effectiveness.
Degree(s), Certificates, Special training:
BS in Marine Engineering, US Naval Academy, Navy Nuclear Power School,
commanded a nuclear submarine.
