NOW I:

Provide a wide range of project management related services including project coordination, project control, procurement coordination, technical leadership, and customer interface for Project Hanford based customers. Assist in identifying and implementing additional business opportunity for Federal Business Group of CH2M Hill Incorporated. Coordinate multiple projects including characterization, decommissioning & decontamination (D&D) and demolition projects from their inception through project close out. Interface with multiple DOE contractors, multiple organizations with different agendas, and demolition first line supervisors. Provide the leadership necessary for team development of plans, procedures, and other documents needed to initiate, implement, and complete assigned projects. Ensure schedules and budgets are appropriately maintained. Assist all team members to ensure that the appropriate expertise and technology is used in solving unique complex problems related to these types of projects at Hanford.

BEFORE I:

Provided project management support to the Department of Defense (DoD) on electronic avionics systems used on U.S. Naval aircraft. Performed system investigations and tradeoff studies for Radar Warning Receivers. Provided integration support, technical analysis, and management support to software developers of a sophisticated computer-controlled stimulation system used to generate and transmit a variety of complex RF signals. Developed and taught technical training course at the U.S. Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico (June 1988) and San Diego, CA (August 1989). Performed engineering/technical analysis and program management support for the integration of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems with the surface ship combat systems. Performed engineering analysis on a Special Team at John Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory. Developed and implemented a data management system for an advance R&D program. Assisted the four principal owners of a small consulting firm in the planning and creation of their company. Developed a software system which distributed all of the overhead and general & administrative charges relative to government contracting. Provided support in the development of training curricula for maintenance of EW System according to military directives. Specifically, this entailed conducting Job and Task Analyses, developing Curriculum Outlines, Job Performance Measures, Learning Objectives (Terminal and Enabling), Instructor Guides, and Student Guides. Provided support in the management of two submarine research & development electronic programs. These programs included EW systems and an Electro Optic system for attack submarine periscope. Provided Engineering Test and Evaluation Analysis to DoD pertaining to the installation and check out of computer-controlled EW System. Evaluated production data as well as the hardware requirements to ensure timely completion of Factory Acceptance and Installation Testing and developed Configuration Audit Reports. While in the U.S. Navy as the Electronics Division Leading Technician I held numerous positions in the maintenance & installation area with emphasis on submarine shipboard electronic and communication systems. Was born in Great Lakes, IL.
