Hi John...

Welcome to the list. I also have a trach but use my vent while sleeping at
night or napping during the day. I have had the trach since 1994. It is
due in part to post polio syndrome. I had polio as a child...(7mths)...I am
38 yrs of age. I use a power chair for mobility.

I am curious as to how your school/university has responded to have a person
with a vent in classes. Do you have someone with you at classes? Just
curious..if you don't mind me asking.
