I'm 40, have a trachea and am vent dependent, and you might say I have a
diaphragm problem--it's paralyzed, along with 95% of the rest of my body.
No two vent users have _exactly_ the same circumstances, but if you're
vent-dependent, this is the place to ...uh... vent your frustrations and
find some friends.
