Isn't that frustrating! I have a couple things that help solve that
problem for me. My circuit comes with an L-shaped piece that helps
relieve pressure from a curl in the tubing. The circuit takes a 90
degree turn. It looks like this trach

The other is an arm band that holds the tubing in place. It is two
loops of vel-foam attached to each other in the shape of an 8. The
bottom loop is bigger and goes around my arm and the top loop is smaller
and wraps around the tubing. The two loops are sewn together and velcro
closes the loops to any size.
