Mark, I use a LifeCare (Respironics) PLV-100 with an external 25 amp hour
deep cycle battery. It is all mounted on my E & J Xclaiber Motorized
wheelchair. The battery gives me about 5-6 hours on the vent, plus the
vent's internal battery gives me 30-60 more minutes.

By just plugging the vent in at night, I recharge al batteries via the
vent. Works great! Even during power outages!
