The other one-way valve I use is one I got from an RT when I was in the
hospital. It's green, about 3 inches long and 1 larger ID. The difference
is that the Passy-Muir fits inside the tube and the swivel adaptor fits
inside the Passy-Muir. This other one need an open adaptor to connect to
the tube then the swivel adaptor fits inside the other end. So when it's
taken out the swivel adaptor connects to the open adaptor. Hope that made
some sense. :)
