There is a device called Vision Key that I had considered purchasing for my
mother. It takes the form of a very small device that is attached to
eyeglasses. The user responds by eye movements. Apparently Vision Key is
less cumbersome than other such devices. It easily interfaces with a PC.
The cost is about $3000. I first heard about Vision Key through a local
newspaper article featuring a local physician who uses it.
