Hi,
My name is Brent Chase and I have had a C6-7 spinal cord injury (SCI)
since 1980. I am currently a doctoral candidate in family relations at
Florida State University. In order to complete the requirements for
this degree I need your participation....in the form of completing a
questionnaire that will take about twenty minutes of your time...and by
forwarding this message to other persons with a SCI. The general
purpose of this research is to better understand some of the components
that are associated with the life satisfaction of unmarried and married
persons with a SCI, and their spouse.

To be included in this study you must have experienced a traumatic SCI
that resulted in paralysis; be between the ages of 21-50; be at least
two years post-injury; or be the spouse of a person with a SCI that is
included in this study.

The questionnaire is available in three formats. Please note the
