First of all, keeping warm is a necessary form of torture, since
we humans lost most our body hairy a million years ago. I don't have
a problem with scarves as long as they are above the trach, like my
chin or upper neck. How tight do you like it? Just don't make strangling
tight. Loose layers keep you warm. I have custom made paucho out
of polyester wool and polar fleece. Nice & warm!! Of course the neck'
of the pauncho is cut with wide enough perimeter so it interferes less
with a trach. Total non interference is futile quoth Mark of Borg. No
I am not part machine, of course all humans are biological machines
that need to keep warm in winter to survive. Don't want your heating
function
to break down. Even if you have no feeling (or a lot), tis wise to wrap
your
legs with a designer wool blanket or long underwear leggings. Thats if
wear no underwear like me. If you have breasts keep em warm, too:-)
