Hi , I am a home health nurse. Home health care agencies are a pain for
nurses, too. One of my favorite clients went with an agency whose boss was
mad at me. She had to sub-contract me from another agency so I can work with
her. Now that agencyhas canceled her!
There is a nursing shortage again, folks. I am working very hard at a sub-
acute rehab place now. Home care is definitely a higher quality of life for
my clients and I make more money doing it. It is also less work and more
effecient for the client.
Hang in there guys!!!!!! Its a never ending battle!!!!
