It was my understsanding that the only difference in the LP6 and LP6+ is that
you cannot accidently shut the LP6+ off instead if turning it to the charge
mode. Whereas you could turn off the lp6, thats not even an option with the +
,theres not an off, it only goes to recharge.unless of course you unplug it.
We didnt have any problems with the LP6 or the +.
