I also have trouble with respiratory infections. If your doctor is not
a pulmonologist, have him consult one. It would also be a good idea to
consult an infectious disease specialist. I know a couple things to
try. Rocephin IV and biaxin by mouth. There is also vancomycin.
Vancomycin is a last resort though. Once something becomes resistant to
vancomycin, there isn't anything else. Good luck
