Vent comparisons

Hello All!!
I have a question that I could use some input on. As I have previously
wrote, I have been vent-dependant since a 1985 brain stem injury from an
auto accident. My portable vent is currently a PB2800 which is a
regular workhorse and the smallest, most effecient one I know of. Of
course, they have now discontinued selling these at a time when I need
to buy a replacement. I am trying to decide between buying a Lifecare
PLV102 or a Bear 33. I find the Bear 33 to be more user friendly but
the PLV102 is a little easier to handle. One of my main concerns is
maintenance and durability. (There is nothing that can beat the
PB2800). If you have used either of these, please tell me what
problems, if any, you might have had. Thanks for the info! I enjoy
reading about all of you.
