Vent cost

My PLV 100 was delivered 12/31/97. I was invoiced $10,500.
My insurance refused to purchase outright but instead arranged with
supplier to be billed 10 months rental at $892.50 a month and then I will
own it. Ins. said they wanted the service agreement, but the real reason
might have been that my out-of-pocket had been reached by 12/31/97 and I
would have to pay zero. Billing monthly in 1998 means I pay my $1000
deductible plus 20%.
FURTHER, ins. co. has allowed only $586.00 out of $892.50 monthly fee. My
supplier assured me, since they are a "provider" they will accept the
$5860.00 ($586.00 x 10 months) and I won't owe the difference.
THUS, a $10,500 price has been negotiated by the insurance company to
$5860.00.
I'll wait 'til the 10 months are done to really believe all this.
