Hi to all,
just a quick note regarding in home nursing care we
used to get only 8 hours a week of nursing care at
home paid for by the I.L.F. a government benefit in
the U.K. we used it so that my mom and dad could go
out for a while alone, and in six years we got about
20 different nurses we only had 3 that did a year or
more and a lot of them had not got a clue about vents
or suction and the ones that did could not do things
how i like, and said we should not do this or that the
way we do,told me when i should call my doctor, talked
about us behind our backs.Last year my mom had a heart
attack and she says it was the stress of having to go
out every week at the same time rush about to get things
done worry about me being alone with some of the nurses
now we have less help only ten mins everyday to help dress
me and it is a lot better.
all the best.
MIKE(the ventman)BOWELL.
