We were sailing along Long Island Sound on Memorial Day Weekend in 1982. We were delivering our first serious cruising boat to her new home berth when a distant sail cought our attention. As she sailed by, I couldn't resist taking several pictures thinking all the time "What a pretty boat. We should be so lucky some day!"
I would love to know the name of this boat, and where and how she is today.
In 2008 someone recognized the picture and the owner reponded with the name of the boat: "A Rainy Day".
