Several weeks ago I had to take a dose of doxycycline to address a stubborn infection.

Ever since then my digestive system has been messed up.  First I had intermittent bouts of diarrhea every 3-4 days, then that began to alternate with constipation, gas, and bloating, now it’s all on the constipation, gas, and bloating side, mainly when I try to sleep.  I’m okay during the day but after laying down for three or four hours things become painful.

Bran only goes so far.  Anyone got any good remedies for this?
