This is Comcrap’s idea of “fixed”:

1533 packets transmitted, 1495 received, 2% packet loss, time 1534162ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 4.901/42.887/11614.747/494.838 ms, pipe 12

     Is 11 seconds lag your idea of “fixed”?  This is what I got AFTER their automated system called to tell me my service was “fixed”.
