My hand is only slightly better today, but pain level is way better.  That said, the worst it has gotten under Lyrica is about a 3 on a scale of 1-to-10, where as before I was regularly hitting 8’s and 9’s and occasionally 10’s.

      However, mentally I am feeling down in the dumps today and a fair amount of anxiety with absolutely no good reason for this.  I think Lyrica affects me mentally in a less than desirable way, but the reduction in pain is worth it.
