Information on J-Mouse If you purchased or obtained a Zenith Z-Star or other laptop computer equipped with a J-Mouse, you need special drivers to use the mouse. A J-Mouse is built into the "J" key on the laptop's keyboard, so that you enter mouse mode by holding it down, and you can then apply finger pressure on the "J" key in the direction you want the mouse to go. It works under DOS as well as Windows. The drivers should be in the C:\DRIVERS directory (for DOS) and in C:\WINDOWS and C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM for Windows. If you do not have these files (check by issuing a DIR JM*.* command in these directories), then e-mail me at nickz@eskimo.com for instructions on how to get your J-Mouse to work properly. If you have all the files on disk or floppy you can run the setup procedure, or you can do a manual install and setup using JMINIT for DOS and JMSETUP for Windows. J-Mouse is a trademark of Home Row, Inc. I have no connection to them; I am just passing along information that might be useful.
