=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Society of the Rusting TARDIS Newsletter (#16) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-= This will be the last of the short newsletters. (I'm still recovering from Anglicon.) Expect the next newsletter this coming weekend. I've also fallen a bit behind in the personal correspondence area. I'm working on that, too. You all _did_ attend Anglicon, right? Sound bites: Red Dwarf season six will be out on video in the UK in June. Episodes of "The Simpsons" are coming out on video in the UK, two per tape for 9 pounds. Local news: This Thursday is the final installment of "Festival Hong Kong" (at the Varsity) for a while, since they suspend their schedule to accomodate the Seattle International Film Festival. They will be showing the movie that, more than any other, made Jackie Chan a star - "Drunken Master". Also on the schedule is "God of Gamblers", starring Chow Yun Fat. Highly recommended. Jeff-Bob says check 'em out. Call 632-3131 for showtimes. The Seattle International Film Festival will start in just over a week. The schedule will be published this Thursday, and tickets will go on sale the same day. Check it out. Miscellany: It was only a matter of time - WREK 91.1FM in Atlanta is broadcasting on the Internet. If you really want to know more, check out "http://www.gatech.edu/wrek". =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= -= Currently planned for the next Rusting Tardis video night (May 10), at Round Table Pizza, 5111 25th Ave. NE (in Seattle): Have I Got News For You Absolutely Fabulous (season 3, episode 2) The Vicar of Dibley Comic Relief 1995, including "Torvill and (Mr.) Bean" [reflects weight before cooking, some settling of contents may occur during shipping, offer void where prohibited, batteries not included] Coming in the near future: more of the new season of "Absolutely Fabulous", "Glam Metal Detectives", and the new season of "Goodnight Sweetheart".
