4/25 The NBA fined Avery Johnson $10,000 for failing to leave the
court in a timely manner following Saturday's Dal-Hou game.
4/21 Dallas left Tariq Abdul-Wahad, DJ Mbenga, and Pavel Podkolzin
off their playoff roster.
4/11 The NBA suspended Jerry Stackhouse and Kirk Snyder (Uta) for 1
game for their postgame fight following Saturday's Dallas-Utah
game.
4/9 Avery Johnson has sign a new 4 year, $10 million coaching
contract. 3 years are guaranteed and the 4th year would become
guaranteed if certain goals are met. The contract starts with
05-06 and he will receive a bonus for his coaching this season.
4/1 Dallas activated Erick Dampier and placed Pavel Podkolzin on IR
with torn cartilage in his right knee.
3/30 Dallas activated Jerry Stackhouse and placed DJ Mbenga on IR
with a strained right hamstring.

8/24 In a sign-and-trade, Dallas traded Eduardo Najera, Christian
Laettner, the draft rights to Luis Flores, the draft rights to
Mladen Sekularac, a 1st round draft pick, a Philadelphia 1st
round draft pick, and cash to Golden State for Erick Dampier,
Evan Eschmeyer, and the draft rights to Steve Logan. Dampier was
first re-signed to a 7 year, $73 million contract.
8/24 Golden State traded Dan Dickau to Dallas for a trade exception.
8/4 Dallas traded Antoine Walker and Tony Delk to Atlanta for Jason
Terry, Alan Henderson, and a 1st round draft pick. The pick
originally belonged to Philadelphia and has some protection on it.
