out indefinitely.

Andrew Bogut (Mil) underwent surgery on his broken nose.  He will continue
playing with a face mask.

Milwaukee released Josh Davis.

Seattle activated Mikki Moore and placed Danny Fortson on IL with a right
big toe injury.
