Charlotte re-signed Raymond Felton to a 1 year, $5.5 million contract.

Matt Harpring (Uta) is expected to be out at least 6 weeks with knee and
ankle injuries.

Mikhail Prokhorov reached an agreement to purchase 80% of the New Jersey
Nets, reportedly worth $200 million.  The sale has to be approved by the
NBA Board of Governors.
