News from November 30.

The NBA fined San Antonio $250,000 for not playing (and sending them back
to San Antonio) Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, and Danny Green in
Thursday's SA-Mia game.  Commissioner David Stern in issuing the fine 
cited a rule that teams are required to report as soon as they know that a
player will not travel and another rule against resting players in a 
manner contrary to the best interests of the NBA.  The game was televised 
on TNT.

Toronto signed Mickael Pietrus and released Dominic McGuire.

Golden State assigned Kent Bazemore to the NBADL.

Houston assigned Terrence Jones and Scott Machado to the NBADL.

Atlanta activated Johan Petro and placed Kyle Korver on IL.

Boston activated Kris Joseph.

Brooklyn activated Mirza Teletovic and placed Brook Lopez (mild right foot
sprain) on IL.

Cleveland placed Kevin Jones on IL.

Detroit activated Sasha Kravtsov and placed Kim English on IL.

Indiana activated Orlando Johnson and placed Ben Hansbrough on IL.
