News from February 24.

The NBA named Kevin Love (Min) had Kemba Walker (Cha) as Players of the
Week.  Love averaged 36.7 points and 12.7 rebounds as Minnesota went 2-1.
Walker averaged 22.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 8.8 assists as Charlotte
went 4-0.

New York released Metta World Peace and Beno Udrih.  New York reached a
buyout agreement with World Peace before releasing him.

The LA Clippers signed Glen Davis.

Nene (Was) is expected to be out 6 weeks with a sprained right MCL.

Golden State activated Andrew Bogut and placed David Lee and Ognjen Kuzmic
on IL.

Utah activated Derrick Favors and placed Malcolm Thomas on IL.

jumper at the buzzer.
