The LA Clippers released Willie Green.

Sacramento released Willie Reed.

Chris Bosh (Mia), Dwyane Wade (Mia), and Udonis Haslem (Mia) elected to
opt-out of their contracts, making them free agents.

Toronto extended qualifying offers to Greivis Vasquez, Nando de Colo, and
Patrick Patterson, making them restricted free agents.

Washington picked up Andre Miller's 2014-15 option.

Memphis signed Zach Randolph to a 2 year, $20 million contract extension,
making him signed through 16-17.

Phoenix extended qualifying offers to Eric Bledsoe and P.J. Tucker, making
them restricted free agents.

Martell Webster (Was) underwent microdisectomy surgery on his lower back
to repair a herniated disc.  He is expected to be out 3 to 5 months.
