Thai Kitchen has four locations, and the one on Mercer Island is quite small and crowded at lunch.

Although there was no overt pressure from the staff to eat quickly and free the table for other customers, I picked the first thing I saw that looked good, namely the spinach with peanut sauce (Swimming Angel). Swimming angel seems to be a Seattle thing, and I tried it several places. Outside of Thai Dusit, which I think is the best, Thai Kitchen's version was the most impressive.
