Trying to choose between several types of sauce on the menu, the owner recommended Szechuan Style Tofu served with a spicy sauce. Although I did not think this was the type of authentic Sichuanese cuisine that is served in Bellevue and Redmond, I did think this was a very good sauce. It is not often that I am able to partake of a tofu dish that was prepared to be spicy, with the correct mixture of ingredients, rather than the kitchen just adding some chiles after the fact.
