One of the dishes I liked the most, Ginger Tofu, was not even on the menu, but the fact that they prepared it showed that there are a lot more possibilities if you know what to ask for.

One time I ordered steamed Stuffed Tofu in hopes that it would be similar to a dish I had at Disney World in Orlando, but the one at China Gate was disappointing. Nevertheless I have received consistently good quality here, and with so many choices I wish I knew what other items to order.

China Gate serves Hong Kong style food, and is perhaps a step above most of the Cantonese restaurants in the International District and Seattle in general.
