China 2009

This is my experience in Beijing, China in the Summer of 2009. If you came to this webpage first, it's better if you start from the beginning of the story.

[Green Tea Grades]

At the Dragon Well Tea Factory in Hangzhou.

At this factory, they sell three different "grades" of green tea. The best grade, emperor's tea, is in the front of the picture and goes back in descending order. You can actually tell the grade by color and smell. The best grade looks freshest and has more of an aroma.
