This is a souvenir fan from the night show, Impression West Lake, which was performed outside literally right on the lake! The show was really good.

I didn't know it at the time, but this show was directed by Zhang Yimou, who also directed films like Raise the Red Lantern, Hero and House of the Flying Daggers!
