Equilibrium Likelihood Optimization is a hypothesis of task management that supposes to be the opposite of things like the MLE. Much of modern optimization is about maximization of points across distributions of variables which one wants to optimize. Simple one dimensional maximum likelihood, as an example, is about seeing the maximum value of a parameter over an arbitrary distribution. You can in fact do multiple variables over multiple distributions. However, the dimensions in the real world are more dynamic, and in fact in any kind of real life situation, the decisionmaking is typically constantly learning new things, and constantly adding and dropping variables in distributions of interest. Likely there is already a theory around this, as it is a pretty obvious thing to conceive. However, I have never seen it posed as an idea, let along explained. Typically any optimizer will have a unique personal subset of things of interest, likelihood of optimization focus on each distribution, and tendency to be distracted into focusing more on new variables, or existing variables, for changing of scaling of interests. The unique aspect of this complex of optimization is that one should find it very hard to simply formulate the optimization, because it tends not only on accurately knowing the environment of the optimizer, but also intimately the personality of said optimizer, but effectively, those combinations comprise a kind of encryption. As such, the complexity purporting to accelerate, perhaps beyond practical anticipation, it may be beyond practical modelling in a natural world, especially one with liberties. However, beyond this, given the well known value to the health of communities, the very existence of this pattern definest the need to avoid managment by point mathematics enterprises alone, because the act of doing so degenerates the health of the system. Finally, those that think in terms of economies of scale, and have had success in this in societal terms, can be seen to be malignant players in a community because of the aforementioned degeneration.
