Is the Breakdown of Economies of Scale Structures a Symptom

People can be described to be in a range between two types: 1) those that can efficiently learn well from a wide range of resources and circumstances, and 2) those that learn best, if at all, from others by example, or by consistently or loyally follow those around them who are in group 1. Now in any dichotomy like this, the real world isn't neatly divided, but rather in ranges between the two behaviors or states, and this seems to be the case for we two-footed boobies. However, this categorization does seem to apply accurately, and I now want to posit that it is a key to some troubles we are having, because when you make structures for lots of large scale activities to generate consumer products and services abundant for all, one of the things you accidentally may do is separate those in group 1 to a great extent from those in group 2, leaving many in group 2 effectively, if not substantively, impoverished. In a democracy then, the reaction of those suffering such poverty might be to elect someone like Donald Trump as their representative.
