I'm a C3 on the vent 24 hours a day. I use a cuffless trach. I
got rid of the cuffed one years ago. I have a little head movement, but
if I sit up too high, my head flops forward. I have a leak around the
tube when my head is a certain way. I don't know why. The stoma never
seemed to seal tightly around the tube.
