Hi again,

Thanks for the welcome. Annette you asked how the University responded to
having me in classes. Well in many ways I was fortunate as I was at
University at the time of my accedent and was able to approch people I
knew, they agreed to me doing a class "for interest" to see if it could be
done. My own biggest fear was more the size etc of my wheel chair, at the
time I was slightly reclined and had a headset, that doubled as a driving
control and head support, attached. I do have someone with me all the
time, I have absolutly no diaphram so cannot cough and need my chest
cleared from time to time.

The Staff at the University have been great I have been allowed to tape
lectures, been given photocopys of notes, extra time for exams and even had
entire classes moved to wheelchair excessible rooms so I could attend.
