Frog breathing involves using your tounge and throat muscles to gulp air
into your lungs at the end of each inhailed breath which supplements ones'
own breathing volume. In essence you are pumping air into your lungs with
your tounge. I have a vital capacity of about 275-300 cc normaly. With frog
breathing I get 700-750 cc of air.
