I just discovered Bivona trachs are not for everyone. I recent tried a
custom made
Bivona in my old trach dimensions, and it failed me. I had such a massive
air
leak I had to switch back to my good old Portex clear trach. The problem
was
the shape of the trachs flange. The Portex flange is U-shaped, sealing my
leak
and the Bivona is straight. I use a cuffless. The leak was around my
stoma. Now
my roommate had tried a Bivona and had to stop because of pain and
disreflexia
for 24 hrs. I'm just saying you need to try different trach's until you
decide what
is right for you. What works for some, may or may not work for others.
Shopping
for trachs isn't lots of fun, I found. Oh well, right?

from being destroyed by asteroids and comets. You might say God is really
looking
out for us.
