Here's <color><param>8080,0000,8080</param>Part
10</color><color><param>0000,0000,8080</param> </color>of "The
Things I Learned in Life" series. Let's try to reflect and "learn more"
from our life experiences and use the lessons in creating better
situations in our day-to-day living. It will be a wiser approach than to
be negative about a lot of things.
<color><param>0000,8080,0000</param> * I've learned that to
succeed in anything, we must think
positively.
</color>
<color><param>0000,0000,8080</param> * I've learned that in life
we have to struggle and grow. It
is a bad day when we stop striving for some high and distant
goal.
</color>
<color><param>0000,8080,8080</param> * I've learned that we
shouldn't brood over our past mistakes,
no matter how black they may be. We must instead admit our
faults and face the light.
</color>
<color><param>0000,0000,ffff</param>* I've learned that it is
the kindness of our friends that
helps us bear our burdens and it is our courage that keeps
us
going in the face of an overwhelming difficulty in life.
</color>
<color><param>ffff,0000,0000</param>* I've learned that in this
world I'm not the only one who is
called to suffer and bear disappointments, there are count-
less others who are in a far worse plight.
</color>
<color><param>8080,0000,0000</param>* I've learned that the wear
and tear of the years rob us of
our resilience and vigor. As we grow older we do well to
learn to take it easy.
</color>
<color><param>8080,8080,8080</param>* I've learned that it is
not what life brings to us but what
we bring to life that determines the worthwhileness of life.
</color>
<color><param>ffff,0000,ffff</param>* I've learned that to
succeed in any endeavor, one must set
up a goal and persistently strive to reach it.
</color>
* I've learned that love is not really blind but it is
jealousy
and hate that are blind. Hate refuses to see and jealousy
doesn't want to.
<color><param>8080,0000,8080</param> * I've learned that we often
expect too much from others but
we often fail to realize that others also expect something
from us in return.
</color>
It's up to you how you make up anything from these learnings. Seek or
visualize what you believe are the better examples from your experiences,
from what you have observed, and from what you have heard or read. Best
wishes!
