<bigger>Dear Everyone,

</bigger>

Hi! This is a continuation of "The Things ..." series.

<bigger>"THE THINGS I LEARNED IN LIFE"

Part 12:

</bigger>

* I've learned that life is a series of collisions with

the future; it is not the sum of what we have been, but

what we yearn to be.

* I've learned that when you choose the lesser of two evils,

we should always remember that it is still an evil.

* I've learned that we should always be nice to people on

the way up, because you'll meet the same people on the way

down.

* I've learned that no one can be right all of the time, but

it helps to be right most of the time.

* I've learned that life is also like a musical instrument;

what you get out of it depends on how you play it.

* I've learned that it is better to work cooperatively with

others, rather than competitively against them.

* I've learned that we should not allow ourselves to feel

that we deserve more of life than what we are receiving.

What life metes out to us is exactly what you have earned

from it.

* I've learned that we should not be afraid to dream of great-

ness. Courage is the secret of every worthwhile accomplish-

ment.

* I've learned that when giving to others, give not only what

you think they would enjoy having, but what you would enjoy

giving them.

* I've learned that we should accept praise with good humor

and a grain of salt. What we receive today may be withdrawn

tomorrow.

Warm regards to all.

Sincerely,

Alex Quirante
