Our 1977 Island Trader 37 is for sale in Annapolis,
MD.
She is most of the way through an extensive
refit. All of the expensive upgrades have been completed. These include
all an aluminum rig and a new Yanmar with only 228

I live in Wilmington CA and own a Magellan 36 It
is also the home of Sea Witch as she still sails
here. You can't tell the differance at a distance of 1/4
mile. This suggests that the Island Trader and Magellan are indeed
copies. Also, all of his designs feature conservative sail plans, high
sheer and low free board.
Check out an article in
Wooden Boat magazine, about 3 years ago, on Hugh. Very interesting.

fabulous condition. The boat is loaded with everything you need to
live comfortably and cruise. It's just a lovely, lovely boat offered
for sale by a gentleman who has enjoyed many years of
