I had private insurance from my work at first which paid for 24 hr nursing,
that lasted for 2 years. I'm now on Medicare/Medicaid which pays 8 hrs, 7
nights/week. My mom quit her job to be home with me.
As Eric mentioned, we also use a baby monitor which works pretty well.
