The purpose of this page is to provide the theory of Decision Maker. The software is based on more than 40 years worth of literature and investigation regarding the situational approach to decision making and participative management.

Validation studies since 1971 involving 1,500 decisions have lead Miner (1984) to conclude that no leadership theory surpasses Decision Maker's explanation model in its scientific validity and practical usefulness.
